REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

• All refund and exchange requests must be made within 14 days of the order fulfilment date. 

• Products on the Banks Arcade website are "Print On Demand" items. These are print-to-order and can only be returned or exchanged in cases where the item is defective or was different to what was ordered, not in cases of change of mind or incorrect size ordered. 

• "Print On Demand" products can take extra time to ship depending on the availability of the item from the garment m. If any "Print On Demand" items are expected to take longer to ship due to the unavailability of stock, Banks Arcade will contact you about how you would like to proceed with your order.


• Refunds are processed back to the original form of payment via the Shopify platform (Credit Card/PayPal etc)


• Online orders are processed during business days. During high-demand periods, fulfilment can take between 10+ business days from when the order is placed regardless of the shipping method chosen.

Domestic Shipping Times:
• 4-7+ business days from dispatch - Australia Post (With tracking).


International Shipping Times:
• 10+ business days from dispatch - Standard Mail (With tracking). Each country has its own importing rules. Each country’s Customs office MAY apply import duties and taxes by the respective import customs office and are billed to the receiver before the goods will be released.

• Banks Arcade is not responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit with a 3rd party shipping company. Banks Arcade will assist by lodging claims on your behalf, however, a replacement or refund on damaged or missing items is not guaranteed by Banks Arcade due to each shipping company's different terms and conditions.
